Our headquarters is located in Dallas, Texas. We usually engage our clients over the phone, via email, or via online tools (i.e., GoToMeeting or join.me). Depending on the importance and size of the challenge or project, we may meet with our clients in person as well.

We usually meet with our clients at their desired location where productive, purpose-driven meetings and learning sessions are conducted. If the client prefers, we meet at our offices. Meetings are planned in advance and supported by a mutually-agreed agenda.

Each engagement process is unique. However, the usual steps are:

  • Initial phone call or email to understand your basic needs
  • Review and assess your basic needs
  • Determine if we can help you and provide value
  • If yes, we may request additional information
  • Upon reaching consensus, we will present a proposed agreement for your approval
  • Upon parties approval, work begins per the plan presented in the final agreement

It all depends.

For projects that do not require in-depth evaluation or research, we can usually complete them within hours or days.

For more complex projects, we will work closely with you to formulate a mutually-agreeable action plan and schedule.

As a courtesy, we always remind our clients that actual completion dates may depend on factors such as: Level of client’s participation, availability of data, availability of resources, midstream scope changes, financial support, and other factors outside our reach.

Yes. Working faster may require additional resources, resource-leveling, re-evaluating lean processes, or working longer hours – all or some of which may require revising the current agreement or attaching an “expedite fee” to the project.

At Omnia Aerospace, we custom-craft every schedule per your specifications and back it up with sign-off, monitoring and risk mitigation processes that prevent project delays.

If your project is late, however, we will present a comprehensive report and recovery plan that will address the delays. A Root Cause Analysis and Impact Assessment is always included in the report.

Yes. Depending on circumstances or the type of project, we prefer to sign a mutual NCA or NDA in order to protect our own crown jewels.

What are the next steps after signing an agreement with you? 2017-10-12T14:47:44+00:00

After signing an agreement with us, and payments have been made per the terms and conditions of the agreement, we schedule a kick-off meeting with all stakeholders.

During the kick-off meeting, we ask questions, listen, and interact with those present to gather additional information which we use to fine-tune the project purpose, scope, budget, timeline, and action plan. Thereafter, we monitor the project to ensure it’s on track and all deliverables completed per the agreement.

If no kick-off meeting is required, we assign the project directly to affected team members. Prior to the assignments, however, we ensure each team member has been briefed on the project, the expected deliverables, and the associated timeline.

After signing an agreement, we support our clients by responding to their concerns or requests within one business day. Sooner if necessary. We are available via phone, fax, email, or online.
